Maximilian Hornung (born 1986 in Augsburg, Bavaria) is a German cellist regarded as one of the most remarkable cellists on the international stage. He received an ECHO Klassik Prize in 2011 and 2012. He regularly performs with leading orchestras and conductors worldwide.
